Florida Voters
I am starting to become embarrassed about being a resident of Florida. I just want everyone to know that I voted in the primary elections. I went to the right location to vote. I voted on time. I used my own card. The new touch screens are very very easy. It took me about thirty seconds. I turned in my ballot card. I left. What the Hell is wrong with these idiots in Florida? Granted I am happy with the results (e.g., Bill McBride) but it is just embarrassing. My initial thought--"we just have a lot of elderly voters who may not know what the hell they are doing." But then I think-"Chris, you are being an ageist." So being the critical thinker that I am, I try to think about what it is specifically about my state that seems to give us so much trouble when it comes to elections. For countless minutes I ponder this question. Eureka!!! It must be a conspiracy enlisted by Jeb Bush and his republican cronies to divert attention away from the issues. Yeah, there is no fool ‘in me
